Get a blood test: vitamin D, B12 and ferritin especially. Standard lab reference ranges can miss sub-clinical deficiency, so it's possible to feel awful while technically testing "normal." Discuss results with your doctor.
In the morning after waking, look at the blue sky for 10–15 minutes, roughly 10,000+ lux. Do not look directly at the sun.
